Our Story

The foundations of Aile Holding reach back to many years of entrepreneurial and management experience in Turkey’s retail and service sectors. The experience our founder Ayhan Aydın gained through the roles he took in the development of modern retail, service and consumer-focused business models forms the basis of our activities across different sectors today.

From the 2010s onwards we expanded our fields of activity with new investments. We stepped into aviation training with Atlantik Flight School and into international maritime transport with Susesea; we strengthened our presence in quick service restaurants with PizzaLazza and Saloon Burger. We structured Tek10 as a competency centre providing shared services to our group companies in human resources, finance, information technologies and business solutions.

The experience we gained across sectors brought with it a management approach that unites our companies around shared values and strong systems. In 2024 we brought this accumulation together under the Aile Holding umbrella and began a new chapter in our journey.

Today we strengthen our companies in food, aviation, maritime and technology through strategic direction, shared competencies and collaboration. With the strength of our experience, we continue to create lasting value and build the future together with our employees and all our stakeholders.
